As part of the Department of Energy’s (DOE) $409 million Information Technology Integrated Support Services (ITISS) contract, complete telecommunications operations, maintenance, and integration services are provided. Operating and supporting Nortel Switches, Remote Switching Centers, Cisco controllers, cable distribution system, Octel voice messaging systems, Web conferencing, and real-time electronic data exchange.
Real-world experience includes managing large-scale telecommunications facilities serving thousands of users at multiple locations. For the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Wyle Information Systems proudly supports voice switching systems at nine regional offices, multiple Air Route Traffic Control Centers and Terminal Radar Approach Control Centers, and other FAA facilities. The Wyle Management Operations Center (MOC) in Washington, D.C., provides fully redundant telecommunications support to the FAA’s nationwide network of voice switching, voice-mail, and conference bridge systems.
